Best for: You have a defensible space requirement from a fire department, insurance carrier, or HOA, and you want a quote to meet those written items
Deliverables:
A brief on site visit (about 15 minutes) with an NFPA Certified Wildfire Mitigation Specialist to confirm site conditions, take photos, and gather basic measurements
A quote tied to the written requirement or checklist, emailed within 48 business hours
Scope options aligned with the listed items, using professional judgement to protect landscape health and curb appeal whenever possible
Please note: This option is designed to be quick and checklist based. If you would like to walk the property with us, discuss tradeoffs, or explore site specific options, choose the $50 consultation quote.
2. $50 Consultation Quote
Best for: You want a site specific plan and options, either outside of a checklist, or in addition to compliance requirements.
Deliverables:
A 30-minute, on-site consultation with an NFPA Certified Wildfire Mitigation Specialist
A walk through focused on local fire behavior, wind and ember exposure, fuel connectivity, and how your home and landscape interact
A quote tailored to your priorities, with options and tradeoffs, emailed within 48 business hours
Optional add ons:
Soil, sun, and wind site analysis
Basic design direction and plant replacement options
Long term maintenance plan

It is a short, expert level walkthrough designed to help you understand what matters most on your property, and why. The $50 fee helps cover the time and analysis required to provide that level of guidance.
